The agency needed content that could help its clients win relevant search traffic and turn more website visitors into leads and paying customers. Producing enough articles through its existing writing process was expensive and difficult to scale. They needed a repeatable way to publish around each business’s audience and target keywords so content could contribute to business growth.
Built a workflow that extracts brand voice and ideal-customer context from a business’s website, then fills in the gaps with a few onboarding questions. It generates articles around the business’s audience and target keywords and brings them into a custom CMS for reviewing copy, making edits and changing images. Teams can publish after review or automatically when articles pass the quality threshold. This gives the business a repeatable content operation to support search visibility, traffic and lead generation.
