An executive assistant system across Gmail, Calendar, ClickUp, Slack, Notion and Trello. It triages email, surfaces priorities and stages meeting actions as task cards, with recovery when connected services fail.
Running work across multiple businesses meant the same triage every morning, and early versions failed quietly: a calendar that was unavailable looked the same as a calendar that was empty.
Separated “no data” from “unavailable” states everywhere. Staged actions are queued and carried forward until writes succeed. When OAuth degraded for four weeks, the queue preserved 95 staged cards across 80 verified digests instead of losing them.
