01 · What it was
A Go command-line tool for Ninety.io that reads and writes the full EOS data model: Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, Scorecard, Meetings, V/TO, People Analyzer and the Accountability Chart.
02 · The problem
The leadership team’s operating data could only be reached through the web app, so nothing could be scripted, exported in bulk or driven by an agent.
03 · What we solved
Captured the API contracts and built verified wrappers with read-back after every write. Live reads, writes and seat assignments are verified against the UI.
